Lazarus Forward provides strategic advising to design initiatives, scale projects, develop ideas, work through challenges, and accelerate action.  Engage us to help if you are asking, how can we:

  • Operationalize our great idea to advance racial justice?

  • Scale this project’s impact?

  • Engage community members to help us address this issue?

  • Develop a strategy to address a particular issue?

  • Improve as leaders or managers?

Participant-observer sessions can be added on to other strategic advising engagements or can stand alone. In these sessions, Lisa Lazarus joins you (and your team or partners) for an extended meeting or a series of meetings to listen, ask questions, observe group dynamics, share insights, and provide strategic guidance and recommendations.

United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County works to change lives and improve its community by mobilizing people and resources to drive strategic impact in health, education, and financial stability.  Lisa Lazarus was a participant-observer for eight hours of community meetings among multiple sectors and provided coaching and guidance during and between meetings.  Lisa also shared a write-up of her observations and recommendations and conducted a follow-up call to discuss key takeaways and next steps.
