Leadership Team
Lisa worked with members of an organization’s leadership team to identify strengths and growth opportunities for individuals, for the team, and for the organization as a whole. She conducted 360 assessments for members of the leadership team, leveraged the data from the assessments to help those individuals create goals, and coached the individuals as they worked to achieve their goals.
